世贸组织上诉机构最新裁定使技术性法规与贸易规则保持一致
2012年6月29日,世界贸易组织上诉机构就由美国牛肉及猪肉产品原产国标志(COOL)要求引发的争议发布裁决(WT/DS384/AB/R, WT/DS386/AB/R)。该裁决是上诉机构年内第三次处理有关于世贸组织《技术性贸易壁垒协定》的裁决,也是其年内第三次认定美国技术性(产品)法规不符合《技术性贸易壁垒协定》(TBT 协定)。通过三次胜利裁决,上诉机构建立了对《技术性贸易壁垒协定》较为连贯一致的解读。
